We designed and engineered a custom mobile CRM and Branch Management application for GLS Academy to centralize their education center operations.
The Challenge
GLS Academy operates multiple learning branches providing school tuition, competitive exam coaching (academy), and quiet study spaces (study halls). Managers struggled with tracking staff duty rosters, recording daily attendance for hundreds of members across different packages, and managing new student leads on-the-go without access to desktop systems.
Our Solution
We developed a robust, cross-platform mobile CRM powered by a secured API backend:
- Branch-Based Authentication: Multi-tenant logins ensuring staff can only view and manage records associated with their designated branch.
- Facility Control Toggle: Dynamic toggles allowing branch administrators to turn off/on specific branch services (e.g. enabling the study hall booking engine or turning off tuition schedules during holidays).
- Unified Member Management: Standardized profile tracking for all member types, including teachers/staff, tuition pupils, exam academy candidates, and study hall subscribers.
- Roster Attendance Logging: An intuitive roster tracking page allowing staff to mark attendance for all active members based on scheduled date slots.
- Enquiry Tracking Pipeline: Digital lead capture board to log, categorize, and follow up with new student and parent inquiries in real-time.
